Refund policy

We want you to love your Le Sirene Maree pieces. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Returns are processed once the item is received and inspected.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final sale

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and bikini bottoms are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please review sizing carefully before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange for a different size or style is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at niemanjoe757@gmail.comwith your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
